The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of proven experience in business development, particularly in managing sales in the land sector. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage a team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Management: Execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in the land sector. This includes identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and closing deals. 2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure client satisfaction and retention. 3. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets. Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance performance. 4. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies. 5. Business Expansion: Explore opportunities for business expansion and growth in the land sector. Develop innovative approaches to penetrate new markets and increase market share. 6. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts. Provide insights and recommendations to management for decision-making. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in business development, preferably in the land sector. 3. Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets and generating revenue. 4. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. 5. Leadership abilities with experience in team management. 6. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software. 7.
